Mark McNear began at Window Décor after finishing college at the University of Michigan. He wanted to be knowledgeable in all the details of the products we offer, so he began as an installer and then moved on to our Sales Department. Mark is one of our most knowledgeable and articulate designers and is able to give our customers a wealth of knowledge on the products they are purchasing. His installation background coupled with this technical knowledge give him the ability to sell you the right product to meet your special needs.

Janis Pierce has been a member of the Window Décor family since 1995. She is known for her talent and professionalism, she is detail oriented with an excellent eye for color and style. Janis specializes in fabric treatments and design. Glen Embrey has a diversified education which includes both drafting and engineering. He has worked for 18 years in all aspects of the window treatment business (from installation, to management to sales). He has an in depth understanding of the products we offer, gives great attention to detail, and has the ability to find the perfect product for each customer, resulting in customer’s that are pleased with not only their product selection, but also the style and color and the overall appearance in their home.
